Anti-NAT10 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognizes NAT10 (N-acetyltransferase 10), a conserved nucleolar enzyme that catalyzes N4-acetylcytidine formation on tRNA, rRNA, and mRNA. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, the reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody supports flexible labeling strategies and downstream detection in fixed cells and tissue sections. NAT10 has documented roles in ribosome biogenesis, the DNA damage response, and is implicated in intellectual disability and Hutchinson-Gilford progeria when mutated. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody, shipped refrigerated with sodium azide as a microbial preservative to maintain reagent stability.
