Anti-NAT10 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NAT10. This unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and has a molecular weight of 116 kDa. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 550-753 of human NAT10 (NP_078938.2) and was affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF.
