Anti-NAT1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human NAT1 immunogen and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total NAT1 protein in research samples. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume as an unconjugated preparation, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium additives. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and has been tested for reactivity against human, mouse, and rat specimens, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies of the NAT1 arylamine N-acetyltransferase target. Shipped on cold packs at 4 °C, the vial should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
