Anti-NASP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NASP, supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 180-449 of human NASP (NP_689511.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography.
