Anti-NARFL Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated rabbit IgG polyclonal preparation in a 100 µL vial, this reagent targets NARFL (Nuclear Prelamin A Recognition Factor-Like), a key component of the cytosolic iron-sulfur protein assembly (CIA) machinery that loads iron-sulfur cofactors onto cytosolic and nuclear recipient proteins. Validated for Western Blot and Flow Cytometry on human samples, the antibody supports studies of iron-sulfur cluster biogenesis, DNA replication, DNA repair, and intracellular iron homeostasis.

NARFL operates within a multiprotein complex with CIAO1 and FAM96B, and immunoblotting of whole-cell lysates with this polyclonal reagent allows detection of the endogenous human protein. For long-term storage, keep at -20°C and aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
