Anti-NAPSA Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NAPSIN A (NAPSA) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 321–420 of human NAPSA (NP_004842.1).

The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
