Anti-NAPG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against NAPG (N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein gamma) and is suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is produced in rabbit, purified by antigen-affinity chromatography using a recombinant human NAPG immunogen, and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It detects the endogenous total NAPG protein and is provided as a 50 µL aliquot that should be stored at –20 °C for continuous use. The polyclonal IgG host response supports broad epitope recognition, while the unconjugated format allows flexibility for downstream labelling with the user's preferred fluorophore or enzyme conjugate. Suitable applications include Western blotting for expression analysis and immunofluorescence for subcellular localisation studies.
