Anti-NAPG Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NAPG, also known as Gamma-soluble NSF attachment protein, N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein gamma, SNAP-gamma, and SNAPG. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The immunogen is recombinant full-length human NAPG, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NAPG protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa.

Purified by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody is greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE. Isotype is IgG, and one scientific validation image is available.
