Anti-NAPA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against alpha SNAP (also referred to as NAPA), offered unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–295 of human Alpha SNAP (NP_003818.2). The product is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 33 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
