Anti-NANOG Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against NANOG, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com for research use. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–105 of human Nanog (NP_079141.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The liquid formulation is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
