Anti-NAMPT Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NAMPT (Nicotinamide Phosphoribosyltransferase), the rate-limiting enzyme in the NAD+ salvage pathway that converts nicotinamide to nicotinamide mononucleotide. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the preparation is provided as a 100 µl vial and is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, making this reagent useful across metabolic research, cell biology, and immunology projects studying NAD+ biosynthesis, cellular energy homeostasis, and the role of the visfatin/PBEF form of NAMPT in inflammatory signalling.
