Anti-NAMPT Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NAMPT (also known as Visfatin / PBEF), supplied by Antibodies.com in their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and produced in rabbit.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 181–382 of human PBEF/Visfatin/NAMPT (NP_005737.1), and the antibody was prepared by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 56 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
