Anti-NAGK Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting NAGK (N-acetylglucosamine kinase) is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50–210 of human NAGK (NP_060037.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. NAGK is described as an enzyme with low tissue specificity, localised to the nucleoplasm and cytosol (predicted intracellular).
