Anti-NAGA Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targeting NAGA. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 312–411 of human NAGA (NP_000253.1) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only.
