Anti-NACAD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody to NACAD, supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

According to one manufacturer source, the reagent is additionally validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with no reported cross-reactivity. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from human NACAD. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 161 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Storage: shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20 °C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
