Anti-NACA Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for detection of the NACA target. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Concentration is lot specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-215 of human NACA (NP_001106673.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:100, and IP: 1:50-1:100. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. One scientific validation image is provided.
