Anti-NAB2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against NAB2 (also known as NGFI-A-binding protein 2 / EGR-1-binding protein), the nuclear transcriptional co-repressor implicated in fibroblast gene regulation and merlin-driven meningioma pathogenesis. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human NAB2, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total NAB2 protein in lysates and tissue sections. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and is unconjugated, giving users full flexibility for downstream labelling or secondary-detection chemistries. The host species is rabbit (IgG isotype), clonality is polyclonal, and the antibody has been validated for Western (a) blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA applications, with cross-reactivity confirmed in human and mouse samples.
