Anti-NAA60 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, targets NAA60 (also known as FLJ14154) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–242 of human NAA60 (NP_079121.1) and has been affinity purified. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 27 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
