Anti-NAA15 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NAA15, the auxiliary subunit of the NatA N-terminal acetyltransferase complex that catalyzes co-translational N-terminal acetylation of nascent polypeptides. It is suited for western blot analysis of endogenous NAA15 in human, rat, and mouse samples.

The unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. Polyclonal antibodies directed against NAA15 are commonly used to investigate N-terminal acetylation biology, the role of NatA in neuronal development and NMDA receptor-associated signaling, and altered expression patterns reported in certain cancer cell lines. The reagent can be applied to standard western blot workflows with whole cell lysates prepared from cultured mammalian cells or fresh tissue.
