NAA10 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 10, also called ARD1) is a catalytic subunit of the NatA acetyltransferase complex responsible for co-translational N-terminal acetylation of proteins bearing small, uncharged N-terminal residues. Mutations in the NAA10 gene cause Ogden syndrome, and altered NAA10 expression has been reported in multiple cancer types, making the protein a target of interest for studies of post-translational modification, developmental biology, and tumor cell biology.

This rabbit polyclonal reagent, supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl vial of unconjugated serum, was raised against recombinant human NAA10 and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The polyclonal format offers multi-epitope recognition, which is useful when probing for NAA10 across different tissues, cell lines, and disease states where expression may vary. Researchers studying acetyltransferase function, ribosome-associated modification, or N-terminal acetylome dynamics can apply the antibody to whole-cell lysates for WB or to fixed tissue sections for IHC localization, supporting work on protein homeostasis, neurodevelopmental disorders, and oncology signaling pathways.
