Anti-Na+/K+-ATPase α1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Na+/K+-ATPase α1 when phosphorylated at Serine 16. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Na+/K+-ATPase α1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 16. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Na+/K+-ATPase α1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser16. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~112 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
