Anti-Na+ CP type IXα Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this anti-Na+ CP type IXα antibody (catalog A36113) is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml concentration in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Na+ CP type IXα — and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. The unconjugated polyclonal antibody is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA on human, mouse and rat samples, and should be stored at −20 °C where it remains stable for up to one year. Intended for research use only, this primary antibody is suitable for laboratory studies of the voltage-gated sodium channel and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
