Anti-Na+ CP type IIα (K1032) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Na+ CP type IIα (K1032), available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1002-1052 of Human Na+ CP type IIa. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Na+ CP type IIa protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 228 kDa.
