Anti-Na+ CP-pan (K1493) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised to Na+ CP-pan (K1493), supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, including ICC/IF.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1470–1520 of Human SCN5A and specifically detects endogenous levels of Sodium Channel-pan protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The target protein runs at an approximate molecular weight of ~230 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
