Anti-N6AMT1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets N6AMT1 (also referred to as HEMK2). The unconjugated IgG antibody is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 115–214 of human N6AMT1/HEMK2 (NP_037372.4), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 23 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry, with manufacturer-recommended dilutions of WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
