Anti-N4BP2L2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against N4BP2L2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–445 of the human N4BP2L2 sequence, and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The corresponding protein, NEDD4 binding protein 2 like 2, migrates at approximately 67 kDa, is predicted to localize to the nucleoplasm, and is reported to show low tissue specificity.
