Anti-N / H / K-Ras Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity purified, the unconjugated Anti-Ras polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes a conserved region shared by N-Ras, H-Ras, and K-Ras, three closely related ~21 kDa small GTPases that act as molecular switches in the MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT signalling cascades. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl vial and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. Because it binds a shared epitope, the reagent supports pan-Ras expression profiling across tumour and normal tissue panels, mapping of oncogenic Ras activation states in cell lysates, and tracking of total Ras load alongside isoform-selective antibodies in studies of colorectal, pancreatic, and haematological malignancies. The polyclonal format broadens epitope coverage so that a single lot can still detect Ras when a point mutation has altered one antibody-binding surface, while the unconjugated state leaves the user free to choose HRP, biotin, or fluorophore conjugation chemistries downstream.
