Anti-MZT2B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MZT2B (Mitotic spindle organizing protein 2B), a protein localised to the centrosome and cytosol. The antibody is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–158 of human MZT2B (NP_079305.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a molecular weight of 16 kDa, and the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only.
