Anti-MZF-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets myeloid zinc finger 1 (MZF-1) and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human MZF-1 and was subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding an unconjugated preparation that recognises endogenous levels of total MZF-1 protein. It is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and, on the catalog page variant, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making the reagent suitable for cross-species studies of this zinc-finger transcription factor. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
