Anti-MZF-1 Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the MZF-1 transcription factor (also known as MZF, MZF1, ZNF42, or ZSCAN6) and detects endogenous levels of the human protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the N-terminal region of human MZF-1. The unconjugated antibody is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, and ships at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Suitable Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L secondaries in AP, Biotin, FITC, and HRP conjugates are offered separately for downstream detection.
