Anti-MYT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody available from Antibodies.com, raised against Myt1/MTF1 (also designated MYT1). The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 650–820 of human MYT1 (GenBank accession NP_004526.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is presented in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein carries a reported molecular weight of 122 kDa, and the suggested working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
