Anti-MYSM1 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against MYSM1 (Myb-like, SWIRM and MPN domain-containing protein 1), also known as 2A-DUB, Deubiquitinase MYSM1 and KIAA1915. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an affinity-purified, unconjugated antiserum at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. It was generated in rabbit using a synthetic peptide of human MYSM1 as immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total MYSM1 protein. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended handling is straightforward: the vial is shipped at 4 °C and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
