Anti-MYSM1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against MYSM1. The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and reacts with human samples.

It was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MYSM1 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, detecting endogenous levels of MYSM1 protein. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at 1 mg/mL. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.
