Anti-MYSM1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent targets MYSM1, a JAMM/MPN domain-containing metalloprotease that functions as a histone H2A deubiquitinase. MYSM1 plays critical roles in hematopoietic stem cell maintenance, B-cell development, and innate immune signaling by removing monoubiquitin from lysine 119 of histone H2A.

Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal antibody, this reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, supporting storage at -20 °C with minimal freeze-thaw damage.
