Anti-MYSM1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com in the Primary Antibodies category, raised against MYSM1 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) on human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 700 to the C-terminus of human MYSM1 (NP_001078956.1), and the target is reported at a molecular weight of 105 kDa.

The reagent is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
