MYSM1 is a metalloprotease that catalyzes deubiquitination of histone H2A, a modification central to chromatin remodeling, transcriptional regulation, and DNA damage response pathways. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com selectively detects human and mouse MYSM1 in western blot and flow cytometry workflows, supplied as 100 µl of IgG antiserum for flexible use in chromatin studies, B-cell differentiation assays, and hematopoietic lineage investigation.
The antibody is provided as a liquid aliquot suitable for short-term refrigeration at 4°C; for long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C to preserve reactivity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers working on epigenetic regulators, monocyte development, and innate immune signaling use this reagent to characterize MYSM1-dependent pathways in primary cells and transformed lines.
