Anti-MYPT1 (phospho-T696) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MYPT1, specifically recognising the protein when phosphorylated at threonine 696. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human MYPT1 around the T696 phosphorylation site. The reagent detects endogenous levels of MYPT1 protein only when phosphorylated at T696, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The indicated molecular weight is ~ 115 kDa.
