Anti-MYOZ2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Myozenin 2 (MYOZ2), raised by Antibodies.com against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–264 of human MYOZ2 (NP_057683.1). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples. It is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The MYOZ2 target shows tissue-enhanced expression in heart muscle, skeletal muscle, and tongue, with subcellular localisation reported in the nucleoplasm and cytosol. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
