Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Myotubularin and recognises the Y290 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been confirmed to react with human and mouse samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 256-3111 of human Myotubularin, and detects endogenous levels of the Myotubularin protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
