Anti-MYOT Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against MYOT (myotilin). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 55 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 259–314 of human MYOT (NP_001129412.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
