Anti-Myosin Light Chain 2 (Ab-19) Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Myosin Light Chain 2 and recognizes an epitope in the region of amino acids 17–21 (A-T-S-N-V) of the human protein. It is supplied at 50 µl per vial as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; the antibody is affinity-purified on an epitope-specific peptide. Validated applications include Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:100–1:200), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples. The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 18 kDa.
