Anti-Myomesin-2 (Y644) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Myomesin-2 at tyrosine 644 is supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at 1 mg/ml with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 620-670 of Human Myomesin-2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of Myomesin-2 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 165 kDa.
