Anti-Myocilin Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Myocilin and is supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, it is provided as an unconjugated liquid reagent.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal amino acids 25-46 of Myocilin, covalently modified and conjugated to KLH. It is affinity purified and supplied in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4-7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA, at a concentration of 0.75 µg/µL. The reagent reacts with Human, Monkey, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot, IHC, ICC/IF, ELISA and IP applications. Recommended dilutions from the manufacturer are: DB 1:10,000; ELISA 1:10,000; Immunocytochemistry 1:200; Immunofluorescence 1:200; Immunohistochemistry 1:200; Immunoprecipitation 1:200; Western Blot 1:500.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
