This polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against MYO5C (Myosin VC), an unconventional class V myosin motor that drives actin-based movement of secretory vesicles and related cargo in polarized epithelia. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, the antibody is validated for Western blot of human and mouse lysates and is suited to expression profiling of MYO5C across tissue panels, monitoring its redistribution after stimulation of exocytosis, and probing interactions with vesicle adapters in membrane trafficking studies.
