Anti-MYO5B Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1440–1690 of human MYO5B (NP_001073936.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 213 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
