Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MYO5A, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the antibody is validated for WB and ICC/IF applications.

Provided as a liquid corresponding to a target molecular weight of 240 kDa, the antibody was affinity-purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 950-1150 of human MYO5A (NP_000250.3). Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:100; reported concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C; avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
