Anti-MYO1C Antibody

The target protein has a molecular weight of 122 kDa. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 769–1028 of human MYO1C (NP_203693.3). It is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
