Anti-MYO18A Antibody

The target, MYO18A, is a member of the myosin protein family (Myosin XVIIIA) with tissue-enhanced expression reported in skeletal muscle and tongue. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1970–2054 of human MYO18A (NP_510880.2). The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:1,000–1:2,000. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 260 kDa.

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
