Anti-MYO10 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MYO10 and supplied as an unconjugated liquid [C0][S1]. It is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 [S1]. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 845–944 of human MYO10, with antigen derived from human material [S1].

The antibody reacts with human and mouse samples [C0][S1]. In addition to WB, the manufacturer also lists ELISA among validated applications [S1]. The reagent is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified [S1]. Reported molecular weight for the target is 270 kDa with a predicted molecular weight of 237 kDa [S1]. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
