Anti-MYLPF (phospho-S16) Antibody

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MYLPF around the phosphorylation site of Serine 16. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MYLPF only when phosphorylated at Ser16. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa, and the antibody is supported by one scientific validation image.
